Seascape cake - Birthday cake for a 84 years old gentleman, Mr. Ong who loves the sea and fishing.  Other than the request to include Sand, Sea and a Marlin fish in the design, the customised design is left to us.    Took a while to plan for this cake and moulding of the sea creatures with fondant.

Sides of cake are covered with fishes and sea horses.

Wishing Mr. Ong a blessed birthday!

Baby Shower Cake - I love doing baby shower cakes as it is a reminder of our Creator GOD.  The bible says in Psalms 139:14 " I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made".

Pandan Suji - This is a twist to the traditional Suji cake with the addition of pandan.  The cake is moist, close-crumb and not so rich like traditional Suji cake.

Die-hard Suji cake fans will  'tsk tsk' on this version but  if you like a lighter version of the Suji cake, this may be the one for you.
