BFO - BIG, FAT , O.  These resembles the cookies that we love to eat when we were young.  Those cookies that we pull apart and dunk into cold milk.  However, they are not exactly cookies but a cross between a cookie and a cake. These are similar to the MOODs, however, are much smaller in size.  These are sandwiched with Irish Bailey Cream.

Perennial Favourites

Coffee Walnut Cake - The smell of coffee and the crunch of walnuts make this cake a favourite all year round.  A simple cake , without the fluff of cream and this is the beauty of simplicity!!  I always enjoy baking this cake and it is one of my favourite .

Special Occasion Cakes

Red Velvet Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting - This is an all -time favourite...Perhaps because the cake is beautiful in texture as it is moist with a tender crumb and the cream cheese frosting provides a rich balance of flavour. 

Specialty Shaped Cakes

Lemonade Cake - Ultra Lemon Cake glazed with Lemon Syrup.  Those who enjoy the sour-ish sweet that makes one plucker one's lips will enjoy this cake....it is light with the smell and taste of fresh lemon.

Cupcakes

Vanilla Cupcakes with Buttercream Frosting - Baked for Valentine Day - sprinkled with lots of love and kisses..

Muffins

Chocolate Chip Muffins. Nice with a good cup of afternoon tea or coffee with family and friends.  The delectable taste of chocolate with the combination of white and dark chocolate chips make this a winner all the time.

MOODs with Irish Bailey Cream -  After I have baked these "FACES coocakes'' (cross between cookie and cake), it brought a smile to my face,  trying to match the words to the expression whilst sandwiching them with cream .   Finally, I decided to call them MOODs as these 'sandwiches' actually reflect our moods at times eg. Happy, Cool, Grumpy.  One side is the word description and the other side is the expression!  Kids and adults love them and Mr. Cool and Ms. Yummy are always the first to go!

I've sandwiched them with Irish Bailey's cream which gave a yummy and delectable combi to the chocolate.
