Cupcakes

Chocolate with Mint Buttercream - After a week away for my church camp, I came back with many many ideas that I want to do, starting with Father's Day.  I ask my son what flavour would he choose for his papa for a Father's Day cake and he said Chocolate. As chocolate is a universal flavour and well-loved by all ages, I decided to follow my son's wishes and do a chocolate base but give it a more 'adult' frosting, thus the Mint buttercream.

I have decided to make available these cupcakes in 6 pieces as well as I was thinking of the students and teens who may want to buy something to appreciate and honour their Dad but may not have so much to spent on cakes....
