Specialty Cakes

Tropical Carrot Cake - My son calls this the tic-tac-toe Carrot cake.    This is a moist tropical-styled carrot cake with the addition of dried pineapple and coconut.  The spices of cinnamon and nutmeg gives the cake the lovely aroma of the tropics.
